2. What data we collect

When you fill in the contact form on this website, we process the following data: name, company name (optional), email address and the content of your message. We do not collect any other personal data through this website.

If you tap the WhatsApp button, you leave this website and the conversation runs through WhatsApp. We then see your phone number, your WhatsApp name and what you write. WhatsApp Ireland Limited processes that conversation under its own privacy policy, over which we have no control. If you would rather avoid that, use the contact form or email.

3. Purpose of processing

We use your data solely to respond to your question or project request. We do not use your data for marketing, we do not sell it to third parties and we do not share it with other parties.

4. Legal basis

Processing is based on your consent (art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), given by ticking the consent box in the contact form.

5. Retention period

We keep your data for as long as needed to handle your request, and for at most two years thereafter unless we have an ongoing business relationship.

6. Cookies and visitor statistics

This website sets no cookies to track you and uses no advertising pixels.

We do count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics. It sets no cookie, stores nothing on your device and does not recognise you on a later visit: it only counts page views, the website you came from, your browser and device type, your country and how long the page took to load. We only see totals, never an individual visitor. Cloudflare, Inc. processes this data on our behalf, with possible transfer to the United States; all traffic to this website passes through Cloudflare in any case. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in knowing whether our pages are read (art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Because this measurement sets no cookie, we do not ask for your consent and there is no cookie banner.
